Darren End, Chief Financial Officer

Darren joined M2 in 2006. He has more than 15 years of finance, treasury, international accounting and management experience, in addition to his background working with specialized software firms.

From 1998 through 2006, Darren held senior financial management positions at rapidly growing software companies in the US and abroad. He has experience helping firms secure venture capital, prepare for an IPO, and consolidate financial operations after mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, Darren served as the Financial Controller of 170 Systems, a leading provider of software solutions that automate and optimize financial processes.

Darren also serves as the Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors of the Brush Art Gallery & Studios, a non-profit organization that has supported working artists with studio space, art exhibitions, and creative education programs in Lowell, Massachusetts since 1982.

As a result, they can have candid and knowledgeable discussions with you about your business issues and can help you solve your complex design challenges. Douglas Robbie, Senior Solutions Engineer

Douglas Robbie is a Senior Solutions Engineer at M2, responsible for helping solve customers’ most complex design challenges. His duties include demonstrating Autodesk software, providing Tech Support for all products being sold, facilitating training of all supported software and customizing software to meet customers’ workflow requirements. Douglas also helped establish Tech Support and training requirements and guidelines at M2, including problem reporting and syllabus creation for training classes. (More…)

Scott Leonard, Solutions Engineer

Scott Leonard joins the staff at M2 with more than 7 years of engineering experience and an extensive background in Autodesk Inventor and Autodesk Vault. Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and was employed with Deka Research and Development as a Design Engineer prior to joining the M2 team.

Joe Sanders, Solutions Engineer, Manufacturing Specialist

Joe Sanders is an Solutions Engineer at M2 Technologies, specializing in product manufacturing. Joe is able to assist companies that manufacture their own product, as well as subcontractors and vendors, in realizing significant cost reductions in CNC machining using EdgeCAM software. He is responsible for demonstration, training, support, and implementation of the EdgeCAM software, including the integration of Autodesk Inventor or other solid modeling applications into the manufacturing process. Tim Shaul, Solutions Engineer

Matthew Harris, Solutions Engineer

Matt joins the staff at M2 with more than 15 years of experience working as a mechanical and industrial design engineer and manager.  He has experience surface modeling experience with Inventor and Alias, as well as an extensive background with other CAD applications such as AutoCAD and Pro/E.  Matt’s unique and extensive experience will make him a great addition to the M2 team.

Michael Stacy, Account Executive

Michael Stacey is an Account Executive with M2 Technologies focusing on serving the needs of our partners in northern New England. He is responsible for technical account management including needs assessments, solutions recommendations and follow-up activities to insure successful solution implementations.

Prior to joining the M2, Michael spent 10 years in various sales and managerial roles in the IT industry.

Jim Naugler, Account Executive

Jim Naugler is an Account Executive with M2 Technologies focusing on serving the needs of our partners in Connecticut. He is responsible for technical account management including needs assessments, solutions recommendations and follow-up activities to insure successful solution implementations.

Prior to joining the M2, Jim spent 20 years in various sales and managerial roles in the IT industry.

Mindy Lavalliere, Account Executive

Mindy Lavalliere is an Account Executive at M2 Technologies for the central region (New York, New Jersey & eastern Pennsylvania), responsible for the development and management of new business for M2’s various product and service offerings, by managing and servicing new and existing clients, acquiring new accounts and performing product demonstrations and business assessments.

Dawn Ryan, Customer Service Manager, Sr. Account Manager

As a Customer Service Manager, Dawn Lastowski works with all of our Account Managers and Account Executives to expedite order processing and to strengthen account management after the sale. Dawn is the primary contact for our subscription clients, proactively assisting them to manage their contracts with Autodesk. Carrick Pell, Account Manager

Carrick Pell is an Account Manager at M2 Technologies for Connecticut and New Jersey.  He is responsible for the development and management of new business for M2’s various product and service offerings, by managing and servicing new and existing clients, acquiring new accounts and performing product demonstrations and business assessments. In his spare time, Carrick enjoys playing Rugby with a club team in the Hartford area.

Donna Deitz, Account Manager

Administrative Team

Peter Hanson, Director of Human Resources

Pete coordinates the hiring of new personnel as well as managing employee programs and benefits. Pete has a long history with M2 and works out of our Nashua, NH corporate headquarters.

Pete has also worked for the State of New Hampshire as a Human Resources Administrator, Coordinator and Specialist. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management/Human Resources from Plymouth State University.

Jake Tenney, Accounting Clerk

Jake Tenney comes to M2 Technologies with a BS in Business Management from Keene State College.

Jake is responsible for order processing for our clients across the country. His duties include purchasing, order fulfillment, invoicing and tracking of shipments.

Julia Wright, Accounting Clerk

Julia is responsible for order processing for our clients across the country. Her duties include purchasing, order fulfillment, invoicing and tracking of shipments.

Marketing Team

Kristin Harris, Corporate Marketing Manager

Kristin Harris joined M2 with a degree in Marketing from Hesser College. She has over three years experience in the Marketing field and has joined our team as Corporate Marketing Manager. She provides overall marketing management for all of our locations and our sister company; Microdesk. Kristin manages the direct mail campaigns, tradeshows, events, copywriting, web updates, merchandising and overall brand management. Kristin also works with the sales team, assisting with customer growth and lead generation.
