As a Fiance Associate for M2, Shannon is responsible for processing sales orders, the day-to-day financial transactions including purchasing, order fulfillment, invoicing and tracking of shipments. In addition, she provides follow ups for customers with questions and assists the sales team in resolving customer related issues.
