As M2’s Client Service Manager, Dawn Ryan works with Account Managers in all territories to expedite order processing and to strengthen account management after sales. Dawn is the primary contact for all service related procedures; she coordinates schedules, logistics and registrations for training and technical events. Dawn is also the backup contact for our subscription clients, assisting them to manage their contracts with Autodesk.

Dawn is headquartered in M2’s Bedford New Hampshire location. Prior to joining M2 Technologies, she spent over ten years with an Autodesk partner. Dawn continues to maintain her professional relationships with top manufacturing firms throughout New England.
