Carol joins M2 as a Senior Human Resource Generalist, based out of the Nashua, NH office. She is responsible for managing employee relations, compensation and benefits, and employee development.

Carol comes to M2 from Axsys Technologies where she administered benefits, streamlined processes and was responsible for payroll administration. Prior to that, she obtained many years of experience in payroll, recruiting, hiring, orientation, training and safety.

Carol is a Certified Human Resources and payroll professional. She received her degree from Southern New Hampshire University, and is a member of the Greater Merrimack Valley Human Resources Association.
